Professor Möllers ging in seinem Vortrag zu den neuesten Entwicklungen im Kapitalmarktrecht somit auf die Hintergründe des Wirecard-Skandals sowie seiner Auswirkungen und Reaktionen auf dem Kapitalmarkt ein.
