22nd Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE)
Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler aus ganz Europa und darüber hinaus bilanzieren und diskutieren den aktuellen Forschungsstand in allen Bereichen der Personalökonomik
Augsburg / KPP - About 80 experts from the German-speaking world, from several European countries, and in some cases also from Canada and Japan, will meet in Augsburg on 14 and 15 March 2019 for the 22nd Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE). Personnel economics applies (micro)economic models and econometric methods – with a view to the behaviour of individual companies and individuals – to all aspects of the employee – employer relationship. Academics from business management and economics work here together on a research subject. The topics include personnel recruitment, selection, assessment, personnel development, remuneration, and dismissal decisions. "Current research and research results on all these topics, but also on related issues in the fields of organisation, education, and health, are on our conference programme which includes a keynote and two plenary sessions, as well as around 20 parallel sessions", explains Prof. Dr. Susanne Warning. She is organising the COPE 2019 at the University of Augsburg with the team from her Chair for Global Business and Human Resource Management. In the past two years, the University of Zurich and the LMU Munich have been COPE hosts. In 2020, the conference will be held in London.
