(...) Prof. Dr. Möllers had been invited because of his relevant publications, such as his recent book on legal methodology. The conference dealt with the conditions and limits of judicial creation of law from the perspective of ordinary law, constitutional law and European law. The perspective of European law was examined by Prof. Dr. Möllers in his lecture "Judicial legal training and European law".
