(...) In Beijing he lectured at the law faculties of Beihang University (BUAA) and Jiaotong University (BJTU) on "VW/Porsche: The Take-Over Scandal and the Emission-Scandal and its Legal Consequences".

Professor Möllers was also a guest at the law faculty of the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), where he was appointed permanent visiting professor in 2013. The trip also served to further intensify the cooperation between the University of Augsburg and the CUPL. He gave a lecture on "Current Developments in European Capital Markets Law 2008 - What China can learn from Europe". All lectures were met with great interest by the Chinese students and academics.
Afterwards, Professor Möllers participated in the 6th World Forum on China Studies in Shanghai. The event was organised by the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences (SASS). Where he also spoke  about current developments in European capital market law.
