Together with the other chairs and professorships, the "Hybrid Materials" chair is dedicated to researching new materials and processes for resource-efficient, technological and economic development. MRM is embedded in the Augsburg research landscape and maintains numerous collaborations with other research institutions, e.g. Fraunhofer Institutes.
