If you are applying for a  PROMOS scholarship in connection with a planned study or internship abroad, you must include a person as academic reference in your application. For such requests, the same requirements apply to your academic achievements and the documents to be submitted as for letters of recommendation (we do not require proof of necessity in this case). Please follow the procedure indicated there.

For students in the 1^st-4^th semester, the following also applies: If you have not completed any other courses at the chair beyond "Organisation and Human Resource Management" (Organisation und Personalwesen), we can only assess your academic achievements on the basis of your overall grade average. In this case, we may make recommendations for a PROMOS scholarship if you have achieved a grade of at least 2.0 in "Organization and Human Resource Management" and your overall grade point average is 1.7 or better. There is no entitlement to an academic reference.
