Internationalisation and international cooperations
The Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences supports the internationalisation of early career researchers and works on long-term structures to promote international exchange and cooperation in the humanities and social sciences.

Doctoral students also have the opportunity to apply for Erasmus+ funding for internships or practical research stays abroad. Further information can be found on the website of the Akademische Auslandsamt.
Euro.Cultural.Connect - International Graduate Network for Humanities and Social Sciences
Since 2023, the GGS has been a member of Euro.Cultural.Connect, an association of 6 European graduate programs that brings together doctoral students and postdocs in the humanities and social sciences and aims to stimulate innovative research and networking. For example, annual conferences for young researchers and summer schools are organized.
