Green Campus
The extensive, tree-lined university campus is not only beautiful to look at; it also invites you to relax and linger during work breaks. It also offers the opportunity for outdoor teaching. As a ‘green’ campus, it also contributes to preserving biodiversity.
Good public transport connectivity
For stress free travel to work, the campus offers carparking spaces in walking distance to campus buildings. There are also bike parking and e-charging stations available. For those who would prefer to leave their car at home, the university is easily accessible via tram, with the two stops “Universität” and “BBW/Institut für Physik” (Line 3) located in close proximity to the campus. You can reach the university in approx. 16 minutes via direct connection from Augsburg Central Station. Other train stations are also located in close proximity to the university.
