We provide prospective students with information about our degree programmes, their requirements and application and admission procedures, as well as general information and advice about studying at the university. Our aim is to provide competent support in the choice of a suitable degree programme, thus preparing students for a good start to their studies. Help and advice on deciding on a study pathway is available in various formats (individually, as part of a group, or via telephone or email).

We accompany students throughout their studies, providing advice on questions to do with changing disciplines or subjects, exam anxiety, as well as many other challenges in everyday student life. Alongside in-person and telephone-based advice, we also offer a wide range of events covering diverse topics.
