Enrolment
Enrolment takes place after an application to study has been submitted and admission to the degree programme has been granted by the Registrar’s Office at the University of Augsburg.

Enrolment deadline
- for degree programmes without admission restrictions by 30 September for the winter semester and 31 March for the summer semester,
- for admission-restricted (NC) degree programmes and Master's degree programmes by the deadline stated in the letter of admission,

for a higher semester in an open-admission degree programme for the summer semester by 15 February ( more information).

Semester fee
Please transfer the semester fee in the amount of € 164,25 two weeks before enrolment to the bank account below:

The above format must be followed! For students who are changing degree programme, please provide your enrolment number.
Please enclose proof of the bank transfer (copy of the bank statement or complete screenshot of the online transfer) with the enrolment documents.
Documents you will receive after enrolment at the Registrar's Office
After successful enrolment, you will receive the Augsburg Campus Card (CCA) as well as the computer centre ID by post, which is required for accessing the campus portals. You should then no longer use your applicant ID, as this will be deactivated on 15 November (winter semester) or 15 May (summer semester).
Information about health and accident insurance
All students must provide evidence of health insurance in order to be able to enrol. Further information about health insurance during your studies can be found here.
Second residences tax
The City of Augsburg imposes a tax on secondary residences. Further information about this can be found on the webpages of the City of Augsburg.
Computer centre guidelines
All students must abide by the user guidelines of the computer centre. More details can be found here.
