Postdoctoral Researcher / PostDoc (m/f/d), Faculty of Applied Computer Science
The Chair of Cyber Security (Prof. Dr. Frank Breitinger) at the Institute of Computer Science, Faculty of Applied Computer Science, University of Augsburg, is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher / PostDoc (m/f/d) starting on 1st of February 2025 (or to be agreed upon), for a full-time position in a temporary civil servant role limited to three years (German: Beamtenverhältnis auf Zeit) with the possibility for a three-year extension within the framework of further scientific qualification. The salary will be based on pay grade A13, depending on civil service and legal requirements. The position is also suitable for part-time employment. The responsibilities include contributing to the research and teaching activities of the Chair of Cyber Security and the Institute of Computer Science. Opportunities for conducting independent research, publishing, and advancing your academic qualifications are available and encouraged. The teaching load is five contact hours per week (5 SWS).
